He graduated from JNTU, Hyderabad in 1976 and precued his Masters in Housing in Delhi SPA. Later he worked with JJ Architects, Hyderabad. He establish “AAKAAR” architects in 1984 in Visakhapatnam.

It’s in the time of 1990’s the group housing culture has just started in the city. Being very passionate and cleverly calculative with the FSI, he has created many wonderful houses right from the beginning. Not only restricting to residential, he widened his platform towards Workshops, Showrooms, Hospitals, Hospitality, Educational and many commercial spaces.

The architect has impacted the Skyline much of Built Environment in the Metropolitan Visakhapatnam which is now called the Smart City.

He was the first architect who popularized double ht. Spaces, atriums, sit-out areas, etc., in residential and multi-dwelling architecture. His passion lies to create structures that exemplify functional and aesthetic qualities that shape the urban built landscape.

Being in the field and contributing so much to the city, he services as the Chairman of IIA, Vizag chapter for 2 terms and was awarded by many organizations like Rotary club, Visakhapatnam as Outstanding young professional for 1992 and by J. C. Club as 50 young Golden heads of Visakhapatnam in year 2000 etc., With all this experience and the past he was the chair member for CREDAI, FSAI, INTACH, etc. He has also served as the prime advisor for Grater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and CITY PLANNING COMMITTEE, as he knew the city’s growth and history.

Well experienced and well exposed, he shares knowledge by teaching in Andhra University and Gitam University as visiting faculty for the Department of Architecture and continues to create Architecture.
